Title: Jan's Stuffed Mushrooms
Categories: Appetizer Side Family
Yield: 12 Servings

  Garlic clove; to taste; minced
1mdOnion; dice fine
4tbParmesan cheese; grated
1/4lbProvolone cheese; grated
1/2lbSausage meat; bob evans
1lbMushroom caps; whole, large

Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.

Drain sausage mixture.

Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to lightly brown top, if desired.

NOTES : We had these at Jan & Bob Albertson's Christmas '94 get-together - they're very good! This recipe was taught at gourmet cooking classes Jan took. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #5
